Processing & Handling Information

Your order will be processed and shipped within 7-15 business days after placing the order, but this term is subjected to change and delay according to the conditions and circumstances like Covid situations, and other holiday periods. All orders are typically processed between 8 am to 5 pm standard times. However, the shipping prices, timings, and availability are not guaranteed and can be changed accordingly without any prior notice.

We, at The Ollie Board, are more desperate to get your board under your feet, and doing our best to deliver you as soon as possible. If you are worried about current shipping procedures and have any further queries then feel free to contact our customer support. We will try to prioritize your order with expedite processing and shipping procedures, but we can’t guarantee to send It before the mentioned time.

Tracking Order

To know the status of your order, you will receive an email containing your tracking number when your order will be collected from our warehouse. You can track down your order using that tracking number if your shipment delays the estimated time.

Order Cancellation

We can only cancel your order before the shipment is being placed. After that, the order will not be cancelled under any condition. Any order that is not able to cancel must be accepted upon delivery and authorized for return according to our return/refund policy. Please try to contact us as soon as possible for the cancellation of your order.

Shipment Charges

All the customers are responsible and liable to pay any local taxes, duties and custom clearance fees upon their order.
