Return/Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your order and want to return it then don’t worry. Our return policy makes it easier for you to return your product and get your refund back accordingly. However, there are certain terms and condition which needs to be followed in order to get your refund.
  • All the items must be in their original condition to get under our return policy.
  • The item should be in its original packaging/bag/box with all the accessories.
  • The item should be free from scratches, unused, and unharmed in every way.
  • The return should be made within 4 days after delivery.
  • Returns will be processed within 7-10 days of receipt. Once your items will get inspected by the store, you will get your refund within 2-4 business days.
  • Returns can be delayed under any inevitable conditions.
  • Any used item will not fall under our refund policy.
  • Upon refund, an administrative charge of 10% will be deducted from the entire cost of the product.
  • All items to be returned must be packaged securely. Damage during shipment will also deny the refund.

Faulty Goods

  • You are suggested to make a video of the item which you received faulty, or damaged, and contact us as soon as possible.
  • Item damaged as the result of use would not be considered nor will come under return policy.
  • After inspection, you will be authorized to ask for a refund or replacement of the product with a similar or different product same in value and cost.
