Q: How can I track my order?

 Ans: You will get a shipping confirmation email when your order will be picked from the warehouse. That email will contain the tracking information which you can use to know the status of your order. If you don’t receive your confirmation email within two days of placing your order, kindly contact our customer support center. 

Q: Has my order shipped?

 Ans: Kindly check your mailbox for the shipping confirmation email to know the status of your order. If you haven’t received your confirmation mail yet (even after 48 hours), contact the customer support center. 

Q: There is a problem with my shipment, what should I do?

 Ans: any problem regarding shipment and orders should be immediately addressed to our customer support center.

Q: I mistakenly ordered the wrong item, what should I do?

 Ans: Contact customer support center immediately to cancel any order. If the order is still not picked it can be cancelled. However, once the order has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel it. You will have to receive it and will be authorized to return it under our return and refund policy’s conditions. 

Q: When my order will be shipped?

 Ans: Typically orders take 1-3 days to get shipped. However, in case of any inevitable condition or circumstances, orders can be delayed. You will get a shipping confirmation email once your order will be shipped.  

Q: I accidentally entered the wrong address/information, what should I do?

 Ans: Contact customer support service immediately before the shipment is placed. 

Q: Do I have to pay taxes? 

 Ans: Yes, you will be liable to pay any local taxes, duties and custom clearance fees upon order.

Q: If I order the wrong item, can I return it?

 Ans: Of course, you can. You may return your unused product within 7 days of the purchase date. You will get your refund to your card/account within 7-14 days after receiving and inspecting your order. If the return falls under our policy, you will receive your refund. 

Q: Can I return an item that I used for a while?

 Ans: Sorry, used and ridden items are simply not acceptable. 

Q: Is there a weight limit on the board you sell?

 Ans: There’s no certain weight limit for our boards because they usually don’t create any issue for anyone. The absolutely breaking point for our boards would be about 100 pounds or above.
